WCB GRANTS FOR WCB HOLDERS
WCB GRANTS - £100 EVERY MONTH - FOR WCB HOLDERS
This was an idea that had been running in the background for a long time and we decided to give it a go (a trial run, for one year). We have just given our 12th monthly grant, so this is definitely a scheme that we're carrying on with, and maybe even looking to build on.
It came about because...
The WCB Grant is not an amount that's going to make it worth becoming a WCB Holder just to access it - it's only £100 every month, for one WCB Holder to claim, each time, although some month's it's slightly more - but it's supported our Badge Holders in small ways with Vets bills, medical tests, medical equipment, running costs & more.

The way that the grant application & allocation system works is very simple...
WCB Holders just fill in this google FORM - before midnight on the 28th of every new month - to apply for the £100 each month...
All applications are published in the WCB Holders Facebook group on the 29th of each month for you (the community of WCB Holders) to vote on who should win that month, using this second super easy google form. [See an example below of what it will look like, without the applications in there yet of course].
Winners are announced on the first day of each new month. Winners will receive the funds through bank transfer or Paypal within 48hrs. [Then we just need to see some proof of what it was used for, over the next 30 days, like a Vets bill or invoice or anything really.]

We are SO pleased that this WCB Grant scheme has been a success and we're looking forward to keeping it going.
